Downloading Patients

To save a patient to your device so you can access their record when you don't have an Internet connection:

Important - Ensure you have an internet connection to complete this process.
  1. Login to Vision Anywhere .
  2. From the Home screen, select Search .
  3. Enter the first few letters of the patient surname and forename and select Search.
  4. Long press on the patient name and select Download:

  5. The patient record is now available offline from Downloaded Patients on the Vision Anywhere Home screen:

Remember - Patients listed in the Appointments Today screen are automatically downloaded to your device when you have an internet connection.
Note - Patients are automatically removed from the device after 7 days. If an encounter has been opened it automatically deletes after 90 days if you have not connected to the internet.
